Our fellow travellers will primarily be like-minded senior citizens, typically aged 50 years and above, who share a common interest in comfortable, safe, and enjoyable travel experiences. Most of them are retired professionals, couples, or individuals looking to explore new destinations in a relaxed and well-organized environment. Since the tours are exclusively designed for seniors, the group atmosphere is friendly, supportive, and socially engaging, allowing travelers to easily connect, build friendships, and enjoy the journey together with people in a similar stage of life and mindset.

The number of guests traveling varies based on the destination. The ideal group size is typically between 20 to 30 travelers, as this range ensures a comfortable balance between personalized attention and smooth logistics. Smaller groups of around 12 to 20 members are well-suited for premium or high-care experiences.

The cancellation in unavoidable situation will attract cancellation charges, which are mentioned in detail in every group tour brochure. Our consultant can guide you in this matter properly.

In case we have to change the tour date, it would be done in the initial stage, like 30 days prior to the departure giving you a sufficient time to prepare for the travel. But in case of natural or political reasons which is beyond our control then we would inform all travellers before making the changes.

In most of the case we will try to operate the tours which are published but in the case where the bookings are lesser in number we will inform well in advance about the non-operation of a particular departure. We will try to offer a similar tour or else try to accommodate in the next departure. But if both cases are not suiting your travel requirements, we will offer a complete refund.

In the event of a medical emergency during the tour, Senior’S Bliss have established procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of Pax. Our Tour Managers are trained in basic first aid and can provide immediate assistance while contacting local emergency services to obtain professional medical help as quickly as possible. Your travel insurance that covers medical emergencies to help with costs associated with medical treatment or evacuation. Before the tour begins, we collect the emergency contact information and you have to inform the Tour Manager of any pre-existing medical conditions. Ensure you have all necessary medical supplies and documentation with you to provide us the best advise.

You will be provided e-ticket as a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number that replaces the need for a traditional paper ticket. We will share the soft copy to you when the group tickets are issued which are usually a week prior to the group departure date. You may need e-tickets for buying foreign exchange. For out-of-town guests who have booked connecting flights may arrive at the airport ahead of schedule, we can issue an e-ticket copy upon request on a case-by-case basis. Please do not make any changes to the e-ticket at the airport, as it is a group PNR, any changes could cause issues for the entire group.

If a passport is misplaced during tour, our tour Manager will provide complete assistance by first helping the guest search for it and, if not found, guiding them to report the loss to the local police and informing the Indian embassy/consulate; they will support in preparing necessary documents (such as passport copies, ID proof, and forms), coordinate with the embassy to obtain an Emergency landing Certificate or temporary passport, and assist with any required changes to travel or hotel arrangements, ensuring the guest is not left alone and is comfortably supported until they can safely continue the tour or return home. Any additional services required will incur extra charges. We might be able to provide assistance, subject to availability and at an additional cost.
